Zumba(R) is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance.  The word “Zumba” comes from Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine.  Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba(R) is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.  All levels welcomed! Click here for a video demo
Yoga is a form of exercise that utilizes slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also great for relieving stress and relaxation. All levels welcomed!

A full body workout that uses traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises along with interval and strength training  In this class you will perform lots of push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises.  This class last for an hour and 15 minutes so be prepared to sweat!  Click here for a video demo

This a great class to keep your kids(and yourself) healthy and active while having fun. It involves mostly body weight movements such as running, jumping and push ups as well circuit training, relays and games. Click here for a video demo
