Aerofit’s Masters- Senior Fitness Programs
Water Fitness
Water Works
M-W-F 8:15a.m.-9:15a.m.
A complete 60 minute cardiovascular workout. Improve your endurance
and your strength with the support of water.
Hydrotherapy
M-W-F 9:15a.m.-10:00a.m.
This class is a therapeutically based water therapy session designed
especially for arthritis and multiple sclerosis patients. It incorporates
range of motion, coordination, flexibility, and strength exercises.
Members: Free Non-members:

Gold Medallions
M-W-F 12:30p.m.
A special aquatics class for St. Joseph’s Gold Medallion members.
Class goals include achieving maximum joint range of motion, muscle
strengthening and toning, cardiovascular endurance, and social interaction
with others.
Membership purchased through St. Joseph’s Gold Medallion Program.
Group Exercise Programs
Body Bar Challenge
M/W/F 12:00p.m.
We’ve brought the weight room to our group exercise classes.
If you enjoy a total body toning experience, this powerful workout
will push your strength and endurance while building muscles.
Senior Yoga
Mon/Fri 10:30a.m.- 11:30a.m.
Stretch stress away with this complete mind-body relaxation class.
Includes stretching, range of motion with yoga movements and relaxation.
Master Plan - One on One Personal Training for
Seniors
A fitness evaluation that includes functional strength, balance
and flexibility testing followed by a one-on-one personal training
session designed to meet the needs of seniors on an individual basis.
Cost: $79.00
A.M. Club Potluck Luncheon
A special gathering the first Tuesday of every month at 11:30 in
Studio 2. Bring food to share and enjoy great conversation. Guest
speakers are scheduled throughout the year.
