Smart Start
Smart start is a group personal training program designed to teach individuals how to exercise in a safe effective manner. The class includes : warm-up, cardiovascular circuit workouts, total body strength training, flexibility. Format: This 4 week program meets twice a week for 1 hour and is taught by Aerofit's Certified Trainers. Classes start the first of each month and will be limited to 4-8 participants (minimum 4 required).
Choose ANY 2 days per week Mondays & Wednesdays 6am-7am or 6pm-7pm and Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-1pm or 6pm-7pm.
Cost: $99 members and $129 nonmembers. Aerofit membership is not required. to register call: 512.823.0971 ext.111
Fitness 101
Aerofit recommends all new members start off with an evaluation. This fitness assessment includes health history, risk factor identification, resting heart rate and blood pressure, body composition analysis, strength and muscular endurance tests and flexibility. After evaluating your needs, the Personal Trainer will offer guidelines in reaching your goals.Strength and Tone
Fitness program designed for total body strength and toning.Core Strength Training
This program is designed to strengthen the "core" stabilizing muscles of the trunk while training the total body. Abs and back are targeted using the physio ball, BOSU disc, and foam rollers. Core strength training focuses on functional strength and will increase strength, balance, and coordination.Healthy Heart / Weight Loss
Learn the principles of High Volume Cardiovascular Training (for optimal weight loss and CV conditioning. Can be used with any mode of cardio exercise. Personal Nutritional Assessment Report included.Strong Seniors
Includes strength training and balance & function exercises.
