Although supplements have become mainstream for many people who exercise, Aerofit does not officially endorse or recommend the use of supplements. We recognize that there are good supplements and those that are either dangerous or simply ineffective. Aerofit does recommend that should you be considering the use of supplements that you should research the facts about the supplement you are considering.
