Nutritional Packages

If you need help with your eating habits, whether it’s for weight loss, to control your diabetes or blood pressure, or to feel healthy, a registered dietitian is the perfect resource for you. Common topics covered in one-on-one nutrition sessions include: Nutrition Basics, Meal Planning and Snacks, Eating Out, Disease Prevention and Management, Grocery Store Shopping, and Maintaining Healthy Habits.

Initial Session with Dietitian: (1 Hour Session)
Includes dietary analysis, nutrition assessment, evaluation and nutrition recommendations to achieve goals.

Nutrition Plus: (2 Sessions)
Includes dietary analysis, nutrition assessment, evaluation and nutrition recommendations to achieve goals.

Weight Loss: (6 Sessions)
Consists of one session per week for six weeks. Includes dietary analysis, individual meal planning and recommendations for weight loss.

Sports Booster: (3 Sessions)
Includes dietary analysis, pre and post workout recommendations and race day or game day guidelines to achieve optimal performance.

Follow up: (1 Session) *1 hour
Session committed to help you stay on track, keep you motivated and achieve your goals.
