with Tiffany Reeves, Registered DieticianAs part of Aerofit Health & Fitness CenterŐs mission to serve the Brazos Valley and provide professionals equipped with the knowledge and training you most need, we added Tiffany Reeves as our staff Dietitian in September 2006. Nutrition is a fundamental building block for health and wellness and is essential for maintaining our bodily functions. The general public hears varying philosophies on diet and weight loss on a daily basis and is usually misguided about what is healthy and what is not. There are countless gimmicks and diet pills that guarantee results, but the fact is dietary changes require lifestyle changes that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. Unlike most fitness clubs, the nutrition program at Aerofit is run by a Registered Dietitian.
A Registered Dietitian is a qualified professional with a mastery of scientific knowledge in nutrition that can guide you through those changes and tailor specific dietary needs for anyone, whether your goal is weight loss, sports performance, or disease-specific recommendations. The required formal education, training, testing, and continuing education ensures Dietitians maintain their knowledge and expertise and are continually equipped with accurate information most needed by patients and consumers. Tiffany's education and experience ensure she is ready to help you reach your personal goals through dietary counseling.
Aerofit recognizes that exercising and eating healthy is synergistic; do not fall into the trap of exercising on a daily basis without changing your dietary habits and do not trust just anyone with dietary advice.
