No other health club or gym offers more than Aerofit. With indoor
and outdoor pools, tennis, racquetball, Cybex machine weights, Olympic
free weights, Precision Cycling, over 100 aerobics classes weekly,
Cardio Cinema, indoor track, day spa, steam whirlpool and sauna,
martial arts, basketball and volleyball.
Wellness Classes – 1 free class per month
From Stress Management and Nutrition to Smoking Cessation, Aerofit
has the wellness classes your company needs to keep your staff healthy.
These classes are co-sponsored Scott and White Health Plans. The
classes are available to all members and non-members.
Degreed and Certified Personal Trainers
Aerofit features the most qualified trainers in the area. doctors
throughout the Brazos Valley readily refer their patients to Aerofit.
These doctors know the standards Aerofit requires of our personal
trainers.
On-Site Wellness Presentations
Let Aerofit educate your employees on the latest in health and wellness.

These programs offer members that proper direction to living a healthy
lifestyle.
Licensed Physical Therapy
Employees with chronic pain or overuse injuries may choose to
get evaluated by our licensed physical therapist. (Additional fees
for this service).
Quarterly Employee Utilization Reports
Aerofit offers employee utilization reports for companies that
keep your business informed on how well your employees take advantage
of your company’s wellness benefits. (This option is available
to companies making monthly investments).
Prepared Promotional materials for staff participation
Let Aerofit take the headache and time spent promoting your
company’s new wellness program. Aerofit has camera ready promotional
materials to distribute to your employees.
Olson and Associates Massage Therapy
An established and respected name of licensed, experienced and
skilled therapists are available to provide a wide variety of therapeutic
massage techniques.
Day Spa
Good looks come in many shapes, sizes and colors. Let Aerofit’s
Day Spa help your staff discover their best look with color analysis
to identify wardrobe and makeup selections. (Additional fees for
this service).
Weight Management
Most people are interested in weight loss. But improper weight
loss can lead to unproductive or ineffective employees. Aerofit
offers computerized analysis based on your personal profile and
a 3 day food record. (Additional fees for this service).
Free Radio Publicity
Every month Aerofit features 2 corporate accounts. As a featured
account your staff will be allowed to enroll at a special discount,
guaranteed to be lower than the standard corporate discount. During
the month your account is featured, Aerofit will mention your company
in Aerofit’s radio ads. These ads run on KKYS, KORA, and KAGG.
During your company’s feature month, your employees may enroll
at the special discount and your company gets free publicity as
a wellness minded organization.
On-Site Wellness
Finally, Aerofit will arrange for some of our personal training
staff to come out to your business. During this time, our professional
staff will answer questions your employees have regarding their
health and fitness needs. This service is at your disposal for a
nominal fee of $50.00/visit.
