"I really like Josie's attitude. She is always there to push me and help me in whatever I may need. During the workouts, Josie instructs me on different exercises. She makes sure that I use correct form and breathe correctly which I always seem to forget. I have noticed improvement in several areas. I am very active in water sports and can tell a large difference in my endurance. I use to get worn out after several rides but now I feel like I can go all day long. My strength has definitely increased. I look back at the weight I began lifting and compare it to what I do now. What a difference! My body fat has decreased by over 5 points.
