Becky Gerhart
Becky is our Group Fitness Instructor Director who specialized in Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Group Strength & Cycling. Also, Becky is a certified Boot Camp Instructor, NASM, AFAA Personal Trainer. She attended Texas A&M University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition. Becky is ready to help you reach your goals!

Josie Wagner
Josie is certified in ACE, AFFA, AAAI, ISMA, as a Silver Sneakers Fitness Instructor, and in Precision Cycling. Her interests include dancing, music, laughing, vacations, Starbucks, her boys, and working out. Josie believes that every day of your life should be focused towards bringing yourself towards your dreams and goals instead of regretting your status quo and beating yourself up for the time you've wasted.
