Adam Edrington
Adam is certified in NASM, TWIST, NESTA, CPR, and AED as a Personal Trainer. When Adam trains with his clients, he trains with 110% effort every time. He believes that every personal has an inner athlete in them no matter what level they are at. Becky Gerhart
Becky is our Group Fitness Instructor Director who specialized in Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Group Strength & Cycling. Also, Becky is a certified Boot Camp Instructor, NASM, AFAA Personal Trainer. She attended Texas A&M University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition. Becky is ready to help you reach your goals!
Cole Lissner
Cole graduated from Klein Collins High School and is currently working on his degree in Exercise Science while certified in ISAA as a Personal Trainer. Cole enjoys movies, eating out, playing X-Box, Martial Arts, wake boarding, and jogging. Cole's promise to his clients is that he will devote all his energy to provide you with a plan tailored to meet your personal goals; regardless of your fitness level, age, or limitations. Daniel Slater
Daniel is a native of Longview, Texas and is certified in NASM as a Personal Trainer. While attending college at Panola, Daniel was involved in baseball, which is where his passion of working out and playing recreational sports came from. Daniel is looking forward to helping you meet your fitness goals!

James Shipman
James is certified thru AFAA as a Certified Personal Trainer. His educational background is from Central Methodist University - Fayette, MO where his degree with a Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration with a Minor in Spanish. James interest include sports, animals, movies, traveling, working out, and church. His fitness philosophy include beliefs in yourself, work hard, have faith and pray all the time.
Josie Wagner
Josie is certified in ACE, AFFA, AAAI, ISMA, as a Silver Sneakers Fitness Instructor, and in Precision Cycling. Her interests include dancing, music, laughing, vacations, Starbucks, her boys, and working out. Josie believes that every day of your life should be focused towards bringing yourself towards your dreams and goals instead of regretting your status quo and beating yourself up for the time you've wasted. She also believes that a healthier person brings benefits to every aspect of your life and is worth the effort that it takes. Let Josie help you reach your full potential!
Michelle Peacock
Michelle Pecock is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a proud Aggie class of 1994. She has over 15 years of experience in Athletic Coaching, Training and Fitness Instruction. Her background beyond Personal Training includes Coaching for several U.S. Swim Teams.  Michelle believes in a personalized approach to healthy living. She also teaches Body Bar, Water Fitness and Step - look for her on the Group Fitness schedules.
