At Aerofit we have a variety of group fitness classes to suit any level participant. There are many benefits to exercising in a group setting. You receive motivation from the instructor and the other participants. Whether you're stretching, toning, cycling, stepping, dancing or doing yoga or zumba, you'll be welcome and encouraged to continue.

We’ve brought the weight room to our group exercise classes. If you enjoy a total body toning experience, this powerful workout will push your strength and endurance while building muscles.

Senior Yoga
MF 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Stretch stress away with this complete mind-body relaxation class. Includes stretching, range of motion with yoga movements and relaxation.

Master Plan
One-on-One Personal Training for Seniors
A fitness evaluation that includes functional strength, balance and flexibility testing followed by a one-on-one personal training session designed to meet the needs of seniors on an individual basis.
Cost: $79

A.M. Club Potluck Luncheon
A special gathering the first Tuesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. in Studio 2. Bring food to share and enjoy great conversation. Guest speakers are scheduled throughout the year.

Hard Core Training: You will be taken through a variety of drills using all of our equipment to strengthen your core muscles and challenge your endurance.  This class last for an hour and 15 minutes so be prepared to sweat!  Click here for a video demo.

Studio Cycling: Get your heart rate up and dont worry about knowing anything about the grapevine!  If you can pedal a bike then you can get a great workout with one of Aerofit studio cycling classes.  You set your level of difficulty by setting the resistance on your bike.  Beginner to advance, all are welcome!  Click here for a video demo.

Becky is our Group Fitness Instructor Director who specialized in Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Group Strength & Cycling. Also, Becky is a certified Boot Camp Instructor, NASM, AFAA Personal Trainer. She attended Texas A&M University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science and Nutrition. Becky is ready to help you reach your goals!
